Make and do with Water Cooler London: part 1

If on these cold, wintery days and nights (particularly if you’re snowed in, what with the Big Freeze and all) you’remake daffodils with water cooler London 150x150 Make and do with Water Cooler London: part 1 stuck for something to do- or indeed stuck in the office being unable to get home, we are here to rescue you from dreaded boredom. We like to think that we’re a rather creative bunch at  water cooler London, and so have come up with some things to make and do with your plastic water cooler cups once you’ve used them. We hope to see some of your creations in the near future!
Holding sweets: If you’re holding a party, forget the party bags and send your guests home with treats stacked into a cup.
A home-made telephone: The classic cups-on-a-string invention, through which sound magically travels. Maybe experiment with a three or four-way call, too?
A tidying device: If you lose things in the car, why not put a plastic cup somewhere so you can handily store your keys/money/fuel card somewhere you’ll actually be able to retrieve it again.
Daffodils: To get us in the Spring mood, take some yellow paper and cut daffodil shapes out; make them 3D with a plastic cup as the trumpet in the middle. A lovely gift for anyone!
We hope you enjoy these; next week: things to make with your paper cones- if you are so inclined.
