Water cooler Islington and drinking water abroad

We’re an intrepid bunch at water cooler Islington, and because of this, many of us have, on numerous occasions, been off to far away, exotic lands to seek adventure (amongst other things). We’ve also been known to have a few water-related hiccups between us, so we thought we’d share our top tips, gained through experience, of some things you can do to keep yourself healthy and happy whilst aboard.
Keep hydrated: Drinking enough water is essential for helping prevent sun stroke. If you find yourself having not drunk enough, rehydrate very slowly by sipping small amounts of water very often, and move to the shade.
Drink bottled water: but also make sure that the cap is sealed properly, as it has been known for business people to refill them with tap water once they’ve already been emptied. If you’re not sure if the bottles have been tampered with, take the sparkling option- it’s much easier to tell!
Pack water purification tablets: If you’re likely to find yourself in a remote area with no easy access to clean drinking water, these little things are essential.
If you too have been somewhere lovely, and have acquired some wisdom that we are yet to discover, please do get in touch and share your watery tips with us. Happy travelling!
