Help! My Water Cooler Is Not Heating My Water
At The Water Delivery Company, we supply a range of water coolers to customers in and around London. We take our customer service levels seriously and have a vast selection of water dispensers that are guaranteed to suit any environment’s requirements.
In line with maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers, we thought we would help troubleshoot some common issues that we have found people experience with hot water dispensers. Well, let’s get to answering what you can do if your hot water dispenser stops heating your water.
No Hot Water Coming From My Water Cooler
If you have found that your water cooler is no longer producing hot water the first thing you need to do is check that your water cooler is on. We know this sounds silly, but you wouldn’t believe the number of times that this has been the answer. If it seems off simply plug it in, if this doesn’t work then check that outlet. In many kitchens, outlets are built with an overload switch. If this switch has been triggered all you need to do is simply reset it. Now wait a few minutes and try the dispenser again. If this doesn’t work or the plug trips again, we suggest getting an electrician in to sort out the electrical problem.
If the outlet seems to be working properly and you still have no hot water, the next point of troubleshooting involves checking the heating element. As with most appliances elements do burn out and need to be replaced.
If you think this is the case or that there might be another issue with your water cooler, our customer service team are always on call to help you further.
Our range of hot water dispensers come in numerous shapes and sizes. Most water cooler models come in a Hot and Cold option. We also stock a range of hot water boilers that are able to handle high traffic and demanding areas.
