What does BWCA accreditation mean?
The Water Delivery Company is a member of the British Water Cooler Company. The BWCA’s mission is to provide the consumer with a full peace of mind that they are receiving an unimpeachable product and service. The BWCA facilitates the exchange of technical, scientific and regulatory information between Industry Members and related bodies while serving as the authoritative source of information concerning the water cooler industry.
As a member of the British Water Cooler Association, The Water Delivery Company assures that our customers are supplied with the best quality water possible. Since 2003 we have been building a solid base of clients and it is of high importance for us to deliver only the best bottled water.
How the BWCA accreditation affects us:
- Quality and Safety:
The British Water Cooler Association’s strict standards guarantee that our products are of the highest quality and have been fully safety checked.
- Sanitization Programme:
The British Water Cooler Association Members are obliged to carry out regular hygiene visits to our client’s water coolers to ensure that our products are safe.
- Audit Programme:
Members of the British Water Cooler Association partake in annual audit programs which coincide with their products.
Mandatory training is given to our staff ensuring that all new hygiene and safety regulations are put into practice in the work field. Training includes Hygiene Awareness, Food Safety & HACCP for Distribution Depot Managers, Bottling Plant Operation, WRAS for plumbed in (POU) installation and Crisis Management.
