As part of our internal auditing, we are asking a certain percentage of our water cooler customers each month to fill in our water cooler sanitisation report form below.

We use this information internally to ensure that our quality standards continue to be upheld and that customer satisfaction is reported back to us. The quality of our water cooler sanitisations is very important to us and this reporting helps us manage these standards.
