The majority of our bottled water coolers are rented out to customers across London who prefer to rent our products. When these are returned we have a limited number of refurbished water coolers which are always available for purchase.
All our water coolers and fully maintained, sanitised and checked according to EPDWA regulations before being sent to customers by courier. We provide a one year warranty on these coolers as long as customers have them sanitised on a three monthly basis. We can arrange for a company to contact you directly who can sanitise the water cooler and can provide you with a regular delivery of water - or do it for you if you are based in London.

Sanitisation visits are done quarterly to ensure that the coolers remain clean and sterile – an essential hygienic service that other suppliers seem to regard as
optional. This is essential for the health and safety requirements of your office or home. This can be provided to customers at the cost of £12.77 per quarter.

Customers who choose to purchase a water cooler from us can also purchase bottled spring water in either 12 litre or 19 litre bottles. After paying an initial deposit on your first delivery of bottles, your water will only cost you £6 (ex VAT) for a 19 litre bottle or £5.50 (ex VAT) for a 12 litre bottle. On water coolers that are purchased from us we offer a one year warranty as long as you take out a sanitisation contract with us or one of our service partners. We can provide extended warranties and ask clients who are interested in this to call us and talk this through in depth. |
