JUNE 2010 - Scheduling Summer Water Deliveries

To our loyal customers,

Now that the sun has got his hat on, and the barmy summer temperatures are upon us - we just wanted to update customers on the measures we have take to ensure our high levels of service to all our customers.

Over the three months we have taken on a large number of new customers due to the rather sudden liquidation of the country's largest bottled water supplier; Powwow.

We have ensured that our normal service standards prevail and that no customers have been left without their normal deliveries of our Spring Water - normally on a next day delivery.

During this time we have taken on new staff who were left without employment and a months salary after the demise of Powwow. These members of staff are now in full time employment and many of them are now delivering Spring Water to our clients.

We fully aim to maintain our excellent service to all of our valued customers during the hot summer months, and our processes for handling orders are shown below.

1) We will continue to contact all of you as usual either by phone or email two working days prior to your scheduled delivery.

All you need to do is respond to the email ideally the same day if you would like a delivery of water on your scheduled delivery day and if not feel free to ignore the email until the next week. It is always a great help to our admin team if this email is responded to the same working day and ensures the order is processed in time.

2) If you would prefer to go onto an 'auto delivery' with an email confirmation, please let us know by emailing ordersnl@thewaterdeliverycompany.com.
