On an annual basis The Water Delivery Company puts out an electronic customer survey to all customers requesting them to give us an anonymous analysis of our products, delivery service and customer support. We are proud of the results which are all shown below.

We have sent out a survey at the end of 2014 to gather feedback and measure customer satisfaction.  We wanted to determine whether we were providing them with the best possible service.

Out of 2896 survey requests sent out we had 144 replies. The first 25 people who answered each received a Vinturi Spirit Aerator.

We had a busy few years and we are sorry to report that we didn’t send out surveys – the fact that we grew by 1500 customers (25%) speaks volumes.

We again sent out an online survey to all customers to check we were providing them with a high quality service. Out of 3250 surveys sent in December 2011, we had around 170 customers filling out the survey. The five people who replied the quickest received a £50 credit against their account.

The headlines are that 97.5% of our customers voted our quality of service from our office as either good or excellent, and the quality of our products and delivery service were rated as either excellent or good by 98.5% of our customers.

Customer Survey – December 2008

As part of our annual internal and external review we sent out an electronic survey to all customers to check we were providing them with a high quality service. Out of 1850 surveys sent in December 2008, we had around 450 replies to our online survey. The five people who replied the quickest again enjoyed a bottle of champagne each in time for Christmas.

As part of our annual internal and external review we sent out an electronic survey to all customers to check we were providing them with a high quality service. Out of 850 surveys sent, we had around 320 replies to our online survey. The five people who replied the quickest also enjoyed a bottle of champagne each.

Customer Survey – July 2006

We sent out a customer survey to corporate customers in July 2006 to find out what our customers thought of us. Out of 700 surveys sent, we had around 300 replies the results of which are shown below.

We asked ten specific questions on our service related to our products and service and also two questions to see how well they rate our overall service.

We asked them “How satisfied are you with our service?“

  • 75% replied telling us that they were “Very happy with our service”
  • 94.7% replied telling us that they were either “Happy with our service” or “very happy with our service“

We asked them “How does our service compare with your previous supplier?“

  1. Much Better
  2. Better
  3. The Same
  4. Worse
  5. n/a
  • 68.9% replied telling us that we were “Much Better” that their previous supplier.
  • 97.3% replied telling us that we were either “Better” or “Much Better” that their previous supplier.

40.12% of our customers responded to our survey sent out on 1st July 2006. These results have been audited by an independent director and marketing company.
